PUBLIC INFORMATION
Presentations are given to industry, non-profit, homeowner, educational, and government groups that point out connections between current and potential water practices and the results they create. Simple methods tested through centuries in dry areas throughout the world and leading edge systems for mitigating drought conditions are presented to encourage their use.
The behavior of water in air, surface water, groundwater, and vegetation is reviewed to present high-tech, mid-tech, and low-tech methods for invigorating and managing its movement.

WATER AVAILABILITY SITE ASSESSMENTS
Data to evaluate existing and potential water resources, site water needs, applicable laws, climate history, and water budgets are collected and presented.
WATER RETENTION PLANNING
Identify and prioritize site-specific actions for maximizing water use and minimizing costs.
IMPLEMENTATION
To motivate people to implement high-tech, mid-tech, and low-tech methods for invigorating and managing the movement of water, EnviroLinks is working with local community colleges, agencies, and by contract to make classes for these methods available. We give and coordinate training sessions, manage projects, and refer contractors.
EFFECTIVENESS DATA
Collect and compile data to measure the effects of the water retention methods on local conditions. EnviroLinks offers refunded discounts to clients that participate in the collection of data for a year. This may be in the form of surveys, billed water usage, photographs, crop yields, climate data (temperature, humidity, and precipitation), soil moisture measurements, depth-to-water readings in wells, or other types of measurements.
